This I Believe I believe that you should stand up to bullies before it gets out of hand. A few years ago, when I was still living in Venezuela, I went to a school called Colegio La Salle. When I was in second grade, my class and I were going to the Physical Education area. This area was on top of a hill right next to the school, so we had to go over a ramp. The ramp is pretty tall, I would say that it is at least 10 to 15 feet high. So, when we were going over the ramp, one of my classmates, I do not remember his name, pushed me over the ramp. I do not know how I got over the railing, but the point is that I did. I was confused, one moment I was walking and the next I was falling to the ground. I landed on top of a rock, which would have been better than to have landed on top of a tree, which almost happened. I couldn’t stop crying. I didn’t break anything but my back hurt so much. I had to stay at home for a few days because of that but afterwards I was fine. I didn’t understand why he did that, I had never done anything bad to him before and he did not do anything to me. While I didn’t break anything, I could have gotten really hurt. I think that what he did was wrong though I never really learned the reason he threw me off the ramp. Because I didn’t know why he did so I wasn’t able to prevent it from happening, but this is not always the case. You should always try to stop a bully before the situation gets like what happened to me or before it gets even worse. This is why I believe that you should stand up to bullies before it gets too late.
